JigginIsLife
I like the idea, especially for a lakes that having such a terrible time with walleye numbers. But what is the plan after the fish are caught and kept... wanton waste? Are people going to be filleting out 11 inch northerns? Just wondering on what the deal is here. Or did the DNR open it up to liberal limits due to the high number of notherns in the lake?
JayDeHay
Jiggins: I foresee much pickled fish in the coming months lol That's the best thing about northerns, they're the ideal fish for pickling. I might go to the contest just for that.

theiceman
Right now I'm leaning towards Lake Edwards, white sand lake, or upper hay Lake. And either people can keep their fish or they can donate them to the Lions and will either pickle them or just give them to the people that want fish. I don't have a link yet but one will come. And as far as waiting till 2016 we want to sure if we could pull it together with prizes for this year so we decided to wait until next year so we can give a contest people want to come back too.
