I have a jiffy model 31 that I have had some problems with and am seeing if anyone has any suggestions! It seems to be very sluggish and not like it is running at its full potential. I put a new carb kit in it and it does the same thing. I have to hold the throttle wide open to start it, and when it starts it puffs a few clouds of blue smoke for a few seconds. I think its running rich. Should I try adjusting the metering screws?
