Couple things I did to my 949I. Window flaps don't close tight enough to keep all the light out so I had solid windows made.

I got tired of wrestling it back into the bag that it came with. I had a canvas shop make an oversized bag.

Just picked up a 949I at the ice show lastnight. Looks like they fixed the bag problem. It's freaking huge. Should be able to fit 2 houses in it. Comes with velcro straps around it to tighten the bag once the house is folded and back in it

I hope you're right. Mine has the Velcro straps and when its warm I thought it was big.
