Anyone here fish the St Judes/KFAN tourney?

Just wondering how the fishing was

I fished it! River fishing, as usual poses a challenge to me, however, fishing wasn't too bad. Each year of fishing Pool 4 and 5 you walk away learning a lot.

I fished the tourney .I had some nice females holding in slack water and of course the water level dropped so all the girls moved out back into the current.I got 5 keepers the first day and missed 4 .My first fish of the day was a 11# northern on a stick bait .What a rush when it hit !!! It almost jerked the rod out of my hand .I only boated 2 keepers on day 2 and missed 2 .My partner didn't boat 1 keeper the whole tournament. But what a fun tourney.
I think we finished 48 out of 78 so it was a personal best for me because I weighed fish both days.
