Crank down height

Might be a silly question; is there such a thing as a permenant that partially cranks down so that it would fit under a garage door (my third stall is 82" high)?

You can crank your house down part way and carefully back it into the garage. Or do what another person on the forum did after building their fish house...crank it all the way down onto pipes or dowels and roll it in on the frame. Just have to keep moving the "rollers".

Just a thought.
