Can anyone recommend a good game processor in the Ellsworth Wisconsin area. We have changed location for hunting this year and need a new processor.

Meat Heads in Red Wing- about 14mi South of Ellsworth.

I'd highly suggest them- brought my last batch there and had a bunch of sticks made from the trimmings- by far the best sticks yet, of anywhere I've had them.

If nothing else, when you're around- run down there and get a bite to eat (they offer meals for lunch as well as the typical butcher shop stuff) and sample their sausage, sticks, etc.
