Lower Kinni Access

Is there a public access point on the kinnickinnic river off of county road FF in-between the state park and River Falls? I googled access points and stumbled upon someone's blog from a couple years ago where they mentioned it...supposedly about 2 or 3 miles east of county road F? Just wondering if anyone knows about this spot?

I do see some public land off of FF here, looking at the DNR interactive map. Looks like it's a heck of a walk down to the water based on those blogs. I'll have to check it out next time I'm in town. Hope you get out and fish it!

Yes, according to the blogs it is a long walk. I was hoping to get out today to check it out, but I'd have the kids with, so I wouldn't make that treck. Would be nice to at least find it though. However, as of now, doesn't look like I'll be getting out today Really not looking good to get to the kinni at all for the rest of the season.
