Ardent Culling Balls

I had one come apart and wondering if anyone knows how to fix it because the company doesn't/hasn't responded. Is there a spring? One side was intact and there was no spring there so is there supposed to be a shaft on the clicker piece that broke and disappeared? I'm stumped on how both sides can spring without a spring on both sides.

How long have you had them?

Bought them this spring and used them only 3 times. All of the are going to come apart by the looks of them and I can't find a spring with a small enough diameter to go thru like the ones that come in them.

My apologies to Ardent. A great guy called today and is sending some springs. I guess I can't complain about that but the fact it will happen again makes me wonder about quality. But anyway, thank you Ardent.

I have had mine for 3 years and still love them.
