It looks like the 2014 Opener is tenatively set for September 27th. Does anyone have a grasp how firm the DNR is on that opener date. It looks like last year it opened on the 21st. I am planning an opening weekend trip and I don't want to change the dates. When does the DNR typically release there waterfowl regulations book with the final dates?
