Fuel line screen in pick up tube for under floor tank?

I have a mid-90's Sylvan Pro Select 16 with the on-board gas tank under the floor. I've taken out the fuel level sensor to try to get a better look inside but don't see much of anything.

Have tried a bit of looking on the Internet for parts book but no success.

Question is, what do you think the odds are there is a screen/filter fitting at the end of the fuel pickup hose inside the tank?

The point is I haven't used the boat much over the last few years, hardly at all, and would just like to check that to be sure it's not dirty or gunked up. The fuel was stabilized, then I siphoned out as much as I could but would still like to make sure if there's a strainer thingy it's clean.

I would be surprised if there is a screen on the end of the pickup tube... normally it's a plastic tube that is cut so it's close to the bottom of the tank.

There is usually an anit-siphon check valve on the intake side of the fuel that can get sticky over time, but to be honest, I wouldn't mess with it until you're sure there is a problem.
