Courtesy Light on 2003 Crestliner Superhawk

On my 2003 Crestliner Superhawk 1700, I have one rear oval amber courtesy light near the floor the bulb is burned out on. (assuming due to my daughter playing in the boat one day while I was at work and left the switch on...dad didn't noticed until a few days later...)

Went to take it apart last night and pull the bulb to see if I could replace with an LED bulb and for the life of me, I can't see how to open it up. (and I did check the fuse and we are good to go on that)

It has a white ring around the outside without any open screw holes (I did try a flathead to see if the outer ring would pop...maybe not enough pressure?) and is flush with the inner amber lens (which has no notched areas that would entice me to stick a flat-head screwdriver in and wrench on it) No direct access to it from the rear as it is sealed off from both the left and right side storage lockers.

Figure I better ask before breaking something on the boat.

Thanks,

Steve
