Bought this motor after it was just rebuilt and it ran fine last year the Coue times I used it. I didn't winterize it as it was used for a mallard wacker till December. Upon 2 outings I have had trouble with getting past 1/4 throttle when on the boat. When it has ears on it runs like a top and when I tip it up while cruising on water I can crack the throttle and it also tops out well. I have tried choking while driving and it seems to runs fine for a bit then it floods out. I have looked for leaks in the fuel system and found the seals to be working as they should. Any ideas?
