Lowrance LCX 37c transducer?

Does anyone know which transducer LCX 37 uses? It looks like there are two that pop up on google searches HST-WSBL and HST-DFSBL (Dual Beam). Father in law has this graph in his boat and wants to get a second transducer and power cable for his pontoon so he can pull the graph from one to the other. Did this unit originally come with the dual beam transducer or is that an upgrade?

Dual beam was an optional transducer at a higher price. The advantage is if your are running more than one sonar, it helps prevent interference if you run the second transducer at a different frequency.

If your moving the unit between 2 boats, I think your going to also need to buy a GPS Puck, the NMEA cable, along with the power cable to get full function from the unit. By the time your done, it might even be cheaper to get something like the lowrance elite-4 hdi gold or elite-5. Both would be good you want a new unit with a smaller screen. I think that would be sufficient for a pontoon.
