Planer boards?

What's your favorite brand and set up for planer boards? There are a lot of different ones and they vary in price so I'm trying to decide which to go with.

Go and get some offshore boards and make your own tattle flag set up. Best set up around.

What size is a good size to run? They make a couple different sizes, we will mostly be running 4-7" cranks with them. Does size really make a huge difference in how the work?

I like the church walleye boards with the or18 snapper release .

If you go with Off Shore, go with the bigger boards and not the minis. Church makes a good product too. I find that they pull a little harder to the side tend to not run so far behind the boat. It's a Ford/Chevy thing really. Cabelas has their own boards this year and the clips they sell really have me intrigued. I run a modified Off Shore w/Church clips board but I will be giving the Cabelas clips a try this summer.

I was looking at the cabelas ones and they seem decent, was thinking of picking up a couple of each to see which I like the best
