2007 they were both 600 carb and efi models. Depends on what engine size you are looking for. In 06 there was the 900 efi SBack, but I wouldn't buy that one. In 08 there was both 600 and 700 efi then the 700 got dropped. There has been a 600 efi Switchback since 07.
