From Matt C - After fishing 3 local lakes today, I was utterly disgusted by the trash left on the lakes.

I am taking a day off from fishing, and will be hitting my local lakes to pick up trash. It stinks to have to pick up after others, but we need to think of conservation, our lakes, rivers and streams.

Growing up as a scout, if there is one thing I will always remember: Leave it cleaner than you found it.

Bring your wife, children, dogs. Take the day or just a small part of it as an event and take trash from the lake!

Where: ANYWHERE!
