What are a few good boat launches or access points from anywhere between hastings to a little ways past red wing? Thanks.

Grab a map,I know theres one in Hastings somewhere,never been to it.There are three public and one private pay access from the Red Wing lock and dam south to Red Wing,I do know two of those in the city of Red Wing are ice locked rite now,the third is on the Island between Wi. And Mn. And is open,And the fourth is at Everts Resort in Hager City which they keep open year round,this is the pay access which is 7$.I do not know of anymore or their locations.
