Wisconson Bass Regulation Question ?

Thanks for the reply,I just called the DNR and you can fish for bass as long as they are released,that is the way I always fish them but wanted to make sure it was ok, not a very good deal to take the youngin fishing and have to call the wife for a ride home because they consficataed the boat and the vehicle you took to the lake. Just wanted to double check.

I can recall that when the bass season opens you can fish for bass in the northern zone but they must be released until the allowed kept date for the northern zone. The southern zone is open to keeping bass once the season opens. I always fish in the rivers that are open year round before the regular season opens that way there'd be no if's and what's. Hpoe that helps.
