My family and I went on a vacation to Cocoa Beach, FL from Februaury 22nd - March 1st. While we were down there I decided to fish for inshore species for the first time. It was a blast and I could get used to that. This video is from two different outings on the Indian River where we caught Jack Crevalle, Speckled Trout, Ladyfish, small Redfish, and even a few Pufferfish.

Sweet video. It makes me miss home. I grew up in palm beach county but spent a lot of time in mosquito lagoon and the central east coast of Florida. Those little jacks fight 2x harder than anything we have up here. The 3rd fish u caught is called a lady fish aka the poor man's tarpon. They make great cut bait for big red fish. Good job.

It was the first time for me fishing anything salt and I could get used to it! I just edited a video from when we kayak fished the Banana River the next day so watch for that. Yea I figured out it was a ladyfish later that day when I did some research, I heard they can be good bait for Tarpon too!
