Winter kill ?

Hi, just wondering if anyone who lives up north or recreates up north, has seen any indication of winter die off of deer or turkeys so far? and are you even seeing any deer or turkeys around? Thx

yes, a friend found a doe just yesterday at his place south and west of Mille Lacs. It wasnt fully frozen yet.

Aerial surveys by the DNR have been completed for some areas. So deer have been counted that were alive last week and could be gone this week. That is not good for deer hunters.....

The snow's getting a "little" deep up here in Marshall County, but the only dead deer I've seen are car-hits and a couple of wolf or coyote kills....
