Broken Auger Weld How to set Auger Pitch?

Anyone know what the correct pitch for an Eskimo stingray auger bit. Broke the welds reopening holes. I can weld supports back together but should the blades be 90 degrees to the shaft or tipped up slightly. Hoping someone has some experience with this that they would be willing to share. The rolled flat pieces broke loose and the blades bent up slightly. Easy enough to weld back together and straighten but i want to make sure i am fixing it correctly. Thanks in advance

Here is what i am up against.

I am hoping i can bend it back in place, re-weld, and then take the BFH and adjust pitch to hopefully get it cutting right?

Almost impossible without the factory jig. Sometimes you just can't do it yourself. Order a new one...

Order new one and then take this one back and be like the junk broke.

I actually got it back together last night. It seems to cut pretty well considering. I am sure not as good as factory but good enough so i can still fish. I was able to bend the flighting close to were the welds broke and then re-weld. I then adjusted with a hammer so that the flighting was even on both sides. I only drilled 3 holes last night so it may be too early to tell but 20 minutes of my time vs $150.00 for new bit i figure it is worth a shot.
