what can I expect ?

I haven't been able to get out for a few weeks. What can I expect as far as ice thickness, snow cover on the ice, etc.? I fish in the Forest Lake area, not on Forest but in the general area.

A few more inches of ice. Overall not much more snow, some bigger drifts though, and there will be just a few less fish with low to mid teens in the forecast this weekend….enjoy!

I fished West Rush last Friday. Snow actually was less of an issue than the week before, but the ice is getting to the point where you almost need an extension at least on the Strikemaster lazer. Most of the snow was packed down and travel was pretty decent with a 4x4.
