a buddy of mine just purchased an Otter Lodge with all the accessories, the place he bought it from said they couldn't get anymore travel covers for this year and found one of last years from another shop, he is not happy because he thinks there is a difference...anyone know if there was a better or different Otter cover out this year for the Lodge?...versus last year.

Last year Otter did improve the travel covers significantly. I have a NIB old version and my current one came in a clam-shell that was 2x the size of that one - same part #. It is thicker with a significantly waxier water resistant coating on the inside.
