Ameristep Ground blind

2 years ago I left my Ameristep Brickhouse ground blind out, so I could hunt out of it in the late season, well we got 17" of wet heavy snow and one of the poles broke. Thinking I a replacement pole is going to be expensive, I went out and bought a plastic rod that would work. Well it worked but it was too flexible and that side would also collapse in if there was any wind. So I decided heck with it I'm going to get a factory pole. Well after a little research I found out that Ameristep sells a replacement pole with the metal end on it and the rubber cap for the other end. So I called them and asked how much a replacement pole would be, the answer I got was $5.25 each with no tax and free shipping, I was shocked at how cheap it was. So if you need replacement poles I wouldn't hesitate to call them up. Took me a whole whopping 2 mins. to swap out the pole.

Had that issue with my Double Bull. Called them, parts sent out for free with no charge for a thing.

These companies do take care of thier customers as there is alot of competition in the ground blind business.

Good to see some companies still have great CS.
