MidCoast
Hey folks,Just wondering, for those who have experience with the Eskimo pop ups. My Eskimo Quick Fish 6, has broken poles and two of the metal plates, where you stick the poles into are broken as well. Is it pretty easy to get parts and to fix it or is it best to just get another one?
Lusid
Email or Call eskimo's support line.Do you know if the product is under 1yr old? If not I would still call. The poles are made of fiberglass and I don't think they are fixable. Parts wise should be easy once you contact Eskimo.
WalleyeWarrior
I just had a great experience with Eskimo's customer service when I had a problem with my FatFish 949i. It was under warranty (just barely - literally one year from the date of purchase), but I think they'd do their best to help you out even if it wasn't still under warranty. Naturboy
If you can get the parts it's an easy fix.

Lusid
How did it break?
MidCoast
How did it break? I used it on a very windy day last season. Everything was fine that day, I put it away nicely in the bag that came with it for storage. I haven't touched it since then until this past Saturday. I took it out of the bag, and one pole was bent in half, and one pole came out of the metal plate, plus another metal plate had poles that were going in all directions. Eskimo 6 is a big pop up. I mostly just use my flip over instead unless if i take 4 to 5 people fishing with me.
JakeJ_Mn
Eskimo usually has the parts on hand. Easy to fix. Call their customer service.
