I was looking at my otter, then other otters set up in stores and the left front corner is about an 1" lower then the right. I measured the sled hight and the reason is the left corner of the sled is an 1" lower the the right. I would think the would make the sled even across or make the poles for the left side 1" longer. You can put the poles push button in the second hole making it longer but that only pushes the corner 1/4" higher. I just thought it was strange they would do that.
