clam corp customer service excellent!!!

quick story here, 3 weeks ago i called clam i was looking at a nanook house asked them about the thermal don't know who i spoke to. he said well is your bride worth a hundred more to keep her warm. it will pay you back. well you bet she is. called mostly because most stores have some dumb kid tell you his worthless opinion. he said no comparison the thermal is much warmer and he wasn't kidding. so this weekend i took it out and had problems with the bottom pole not touching the ground after i thought i put the tarp on correct so i called clam today got a guy who may i say was extremely helpful. turns out i had the velcro on way too tight. once i redid this the pole just barely touches the floor the way it should and the poles work better now. just going to let it set up for a bit. all i can say is there customer service is excellent thank you brent

Its nice to hear some good news about customer service. All to often all we hear about are the negative ones. Thanks for forwarding the information, sometimes customer service is worth just as much as the house. Congrats on your new purchase

I have had issues with auger conversion kit, their customer service has stepped up remarkably and generously

may I suggest their CS# & try to talk instead? 763-231-4120, hopefully this helps others.
