Will people still be able to ride their ATV's along State Hwy's and on township roads in Washington County? The looks of the way it was written up is only ditches belonging under county road authorithy will be affected by the ban. I have never ridden the ditches in Washington Co and probably never will, I was just curious to see if I was understanding this correctly.

As far as I know, all ditch riding in Washington County is now illeagal.It has been illeagal to ride state or federal highway ditches for some time now.
Your going to have to trailer your atv from now on.
