Klik Klak Sofa-Anybody tried them?

These are the 1/2 sofa 1/2 futon style couches that the back folds down to make a bed. No slats like a futon and no bars like a hide a bed. I'm seriously thinking of putting one in my fish house so I'm curious if anyone has ever had one in their fish house or basement, rec room, etc.

Good for sitting on, horrible for sleeping on both the folded down version and the couch. The area between the cushions causes a lot of discomfort. Mine was a cheap $100 one from Target, but I threw it away after one year of college.

I'd also like to find something similar for in my fish house. Has got to be comfy for sleeping though.

I just tried them out at Fleet, absolutly horribly uncomfortable. They actually had a futon that was ok but it was $285.Might as well build a bed that won't have the wooden divider down the middle. Mattress were ok, it was the divider of the front and back that was the killer.

If you don't mind sleeping on one side of it and hope you don't roll over the middle section which is hard as a rock... It could work. ;-)

I have one in my fish house it was pretty much all i could find since i wanted a couch in mine. They are great for the size, much bigger than any bunk or dinnette but yes you definantly can feel the bars in some spots on the bed! We use ours every fishable weekend all winter for both nights and what we did was buy a sheet of memory foam mattress topper at walmart and put it ontop of the couch and pinned it in place then put a sheet over it, it still folds up perfect and is much more comfortable!

That's what is in most campers. Check out a camper salvage outfit and may be able to find something a little better than what you have been. As most said they are not the most comfortable but they will do for a couple of nights here and there.
