minnesotathorn
anyone tried using a cargo hauler for a 1 man sled. one of the ones that plug into your receiver. I know its not wide enough but should be able to tie it down.
Eric_Kruger
I did this last year with my cottage, it works but your shack will be dusty and dirty all the time.
Brad B
I did this back when I had my Blazer. the back of it was to small for the one man Kenai I had to fit inside so I used the carrier. Eric is right the house will pick up road grime and salt residue when driving but just wipe it off every so often. make sure you have a travel cover on the house to protect it too. I still have my carrier but don't need to use it any more since I now drive a Tahoe and the back of the is big enough for a one man house inside. I do plan to how ever use the carrier when I get a Clam X2 since that won't fit inside the Tahoe. the two things to remember about using a carrier is make sure the exhaust is not close to the house so that is melts the sled of the house (use a Z bended bar to raise the carrier up away from the exhaust) and if the house covers your tail lights you will need to install tail lights on the carrier. I found that out the first year I used mine. I got stopped because my tail lights were covered. got off with a warning, so I went and installed lights the next day so I wouldn't get stopped again.
