SM thumb throttle

hey gang! picked up a strikemaster with rotary thumb throttle. not sure I like it.has anyone coverted this to a standard finger throttle?

I wouldn't mind going the other way with my throttle. My thumb goes numb after about 10 holes.

It's not the thumb throttle that I'd like to replace, but the ON/OFF. It moves back to OFF way too easily on mine.

I've tried both a trigger style, and the thumb throttle. It really makes no difference to me, both are easy to use with gloves. As far as the shut off, I'm sure you could replace it with a toggle switch.
