Recommendation for rear pack on ATV

I'm looking to get a soft pack for the rear rack of my wheeler, preferably with the seat pad in case I need to give someone a lift coming out of the woods. Will be hauling small axe, rope, deer cleaning stuff, etc.

Are there any kinds you guys really like that do not cost a ton, or at least any to stay away from?

I've got one by Mad Dog gear on ours. Had it since 06 when we bought the machine. Seems to be holding up pretty good. The camo has faded but the zippers all work and the cushon seat spot is nice. Haven't used any thing else, but for the price of about $100 it's been good.
