(Toyota) factory rack vs Thule/Yakima

Got a van, it has the side rails but not the cross bars. I called the local Toyota dealer and they can get my cross bar add-on for $130 for parts plus $35 install. That seems more than modest. This will be my first canoe and first vehicle with a rack of any kind. Any feedback before I commit to the factory rack? Canoe will weigh under 90 pounds.

Check these out, easy to install work great. Put them on my MB ML 320 along with v-foam holders and haul my Yak all over with no problem.
