What prop pitch and size to use

I a'm purchasing a Fisher avenger 16WT, 800lb hull weight,with a 60 hp Mercury 4-stroke. I need a prop that will work right at sea-level to 800'.Does anyone out there have the knowledge about this? Thanks for any and all info. P.S. I realy liked the scoop about the pvc mount for vexlars. I will try this with my zercom color point. Dan
