Twice I have had issues with injectors plugging and one or more cylinders quit. I had all 4 injectors cleaned last year and this weekend the motor lost power I suspect it may be the same issue. Unfortunately on LOTW and the 9.9 is not as fast as the 115. Anyone else have this issue and what did you do to remedy. Thanks.

Do you have a fuel/water separator? A buddy had the exact same motor and exact same issues as you and did not have a fuel water separator.

Some dealerships do not install them, which with any motor with EFI that is stupid.

If you have a filter change that thing EVERY year. End of the season is the best time.

You got into some dirty gas! I had the same issues with my 115!

Had to have the injectors cleaned twice in one week! The mechanic finally said that I should have an inline filter installed before the gas enters the motor filters and the carbs. Did that and all problems disappeared!
