huntnfish Posted June 14, 2013 Share Posted June 14, 2013 What does everyone use for a brine for pork? I have a recipe that works great for chops to put on the grill. A friend of mine used the same recipe for a smoking a boston butt and he said it tasted about the same as a ham. I have half of a pork loin I've been saving for the smoker and planned to use my recipe until he told me that. Anyone have something good?
