Webster Area

Going to be in the Webster area next thursday and wondering what lakes are kicking fish out. This is our first time going out there and are looking for walleyes and crappies. For the last few years we have tossed the idea around and are finally coming there.

Not looking for GSP locations but lakes and how to target them like pulling raps, jigging, or lindys.

As I said this is all new to us.

I just got back, wind and rain, wind and rain. The only lake that we could fish (due to wind and boat launch sites) was Opitz and it was hot. Fish the trees right by the launch with a jig and minnow and weather permitting go to the. Far southeast part of the lake and jig around the island, especially the north end of it. The secret is out on this lake and due to parking issues at the launch you will need to get ther early.

Thanks for the info. I have heard that lake can be good. Hopfully the wind dies down before we go so we have more options.

Anyone else have more info on any other lakes.
