Nitebiter Posted September 14, 2004 Share Posted September 14, 2004 This law for the first week or whatever is the biggest joke ive ever seen.. cant use a spinner on public land- well EVERY pond is public land, i can land a helicopter in any pond i want as long as i dont set foot on shore. The game warden told me the way around it is to put the post in the mud on the edge of the shore and its 100% legal, but even on your private ponds, if its in the water you'll be gettin a ticket!
