Fish Finder for $400

My brother is looking for a fish finder for his 14ft boat...Don't know much about all the new technology...He wants GPS/card slot and color screen all for $400 or less...Any suggestions would be great...Thanks

I just saw in the Rogers mega-store's ad, they had a humminbird 587CI HD DI for $419 I think? A few bucks more than $400, but it has the GPS with card slot, regular imaging, and down imaging. I picked up this unit last fall for $489 I think, so the price has come down. I still haven't gotten the thing dialed in yet, but it seems pretty solid. Good color screen, easy to see in the sunlight.

I think Lowrance Elite-4x dsi and Humminbird 385ci are both good. They have great transducers and are also good GPS. I recommend reviews of some fish finders under $400

there was a good deal going on for the Lowrance Elite 5 DSI, $399.... Not sure how long that deal goes on but its a sweet unit
