Do the magnets under the toothed wheel spin or they stationary? they do not spin when cranking....Any comments or knowledge? Also i burned plugs with a lighter to dry could that have caused my no spark issue? Holy dump this all happend in the dark and in high winds thank god for good friends and my minnkota.
