Willmar hunt

I will be heading to the Willmar area on Sunday to hunt some ducks. Does anyone know if there has been, or will be ice on a medium size duck marsh out there by then?

I also, will be working the Litchfield area for some pheasants. Many birds in that area?

Everything freezes at different rates. What lake/slough do you plan on hunting? I'll be there all weekend, I could let you know.

Little Kandi should be ok yet this weekend.

As for ducks, been the slowest I've seen since the late 80's! And from what I've heard of this week, that front did not bring in large numbers of birds to the area. Seems like they are still to the North, as in the Fergus area. But things could change. I look for more birds this weekend than last..which was pitiful by the way.
