Fishers of Men-Legacy series is perfect for what you are looking for. Teams are comprised of an adult and a youth under age 18. I think there is a new division focusing on the Chisago area lakes. Pretty good competiton level at the top but there are many begining anglers too!

Is there a site that someone can find bass tourneys for a father son team. Im looking for something for beginners. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

Crappienut, Do a search for "classic bass" they list ALOT of tournaments all in MN.

The tour I think you would be interested in is called GreenHorn Bass Tour. Good group of guys and all tournaments are around your area.

They really try and keep it to green horns. If you win a few too many tournaments your forced to go up to their next level "The Advanced Sunday Series". IMO its a great idea. Starting out most folks dont enjoys being whipped by the same guys every tournament and this prevents this from happening somewhat.
