Frabill Hub problem. Someone must have experienced this...

had the hub for 3 seasons, used only 2 seasons. Maybe had it up 20-25 times. The grommets have come off the tent where the pole structures attach so that the pole systems (there are 5 including the top. All 4 of the sides have failed) do not stay connected. The holes are now too large where the grommets were to keep the pole systems in place. Tried washers on the outside of the tent but it doesn't appear one can use very large washers and the ones we did use did not keep the eyebolts and straps on the ends of the pole systems from pulling back through the tent. Frustrating!

Last year I had the exact same problem with mine. I called their customer service number and they explained that years model and before had a different design around the grommets. They said the new ones are reinforced where the hub attaches to the fabric. They had me ship mine in and they sent me a brand new one with the new and improved design free of charge. The new design does seem like it will hold up a lot better.
