Anyone ever do a homemade dual purpose house? What I'm thinking is it get a 6.5 foot wide frame. Put a plywood floor and spray foam the bottom. Then build the house part to be removable from the trailer so I could use the flatbed for a snowmobile trailer or hauling things in the summer. Are there any issues with the floor flexing in a toy hauler or is the floor on those sprayed with foam?
