Strikemaster...Electra...OPE....Electric Auger Parts???

I have an old Electra 12 volt electric ice auger. The auger also says OPE /"Osceola Power Equipment". I believe OPE was sold to Strikemaster years ago.

Anyway I need a replacement motor. My current motor works, but the motor shaft broke. I consider myself pretty handy and I don't see away to fix the broken shaft.

Does anyone know if you can purchase replacement parts/motors for these older augers?

I have gotten parts from the D-rock center for my newer electric strikemaster. 651-639-0446. Try them.

I have the exact same auger. The gear on the motor shaft stripped out on mine. Sadly, Strikemaster said they coudn't help me. Ended up buying a cheap and very beat up one for parts to get it going again.

If you have one of these that still works, better crack the gear case open and lube er up.

Does your auger have different size bits? I have the same one but need to buy bits but don't know where to buy them.
