Wyoming archery elk

Looking for a little help. Two buddies and I have 3 preference points for Wyoming elk hunt. We would like a to get into a n area with a good number of animals and hopefully not a lot of pressure. Can this be accomplished with 3 points. We are willing to do it on our on own or semi guided. We are having a hard time narrowing down where to go in the state. Any help would be appreciated.
