I think if you bank it in it probably will. Might take a bit to get it up to temp. I have a big buddy and seriously in the span of a couple minutes of firing it the house is good and warm.

I have the same set up as you. 949i with a small Mr. Heater Buddy and it heats it just fine. Just like Hardyboy said, bank it really well and you should be good (especially on the windward side). I also have a small fan that I hang from the ceiling and that makes the biggest difference. I bought one of those rubber backed entrance carpets from a home improvement store this year and that helps as well. You can roll it up pretty small and it doesn’t weigh much.
