I purchased a Fatfish 949i last year and had run into the same problems lots of people did with the bag and the hubs. Last season they worked with me to send a new bad and "hub caps" to fix those problems. After my 1st trip on the ice this year with the fatfish, I noticed some additional problems. ripped out stitching on the skirt and also the poles poking thru the bottom on the corners. After 1 phone call to customer service. They sent me a tag to pick up the old house and are sending a new one out. The house is almost one year old. I was just hoping they could do something for me never thought they would be sending a new shack. Customer service like that is amazing to say the least these days. Just wanted to share because this more than exceeded my expectations. I think after seeing a company that will stand behind their products like this I've certainly figured out which company will get my business for an new auger purchase this year Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
