ICE 55 Help

Friday my ice 55 the graph stopped displaying.The bottom started bouncing around and then the graph disappeared. The center still read the correct depth but the graph wasn't working.

Anyone have any thoughts or what i should do?

Call Hummingbird, they have good customer service.

Mine did that when the battery was drained or bad.

Sounds like low battery or check your plug in for the transducer.Some times they pull out.

mine was doing the same thing last year, check your battery and the plug if thats not it it's prolly the motor , give them a call they replaced mine and have'nt had any problems so far works like new and it was free.only shipping cost good luck ice

I have talked with Hummnbird and they told me to send it in. They said I was past my 2 year warranty and it would cost me $128 to have it repaired.

good thing I still have a FL-18!

Ask them if they can send you the parts it needs, they are pretty easy to take apart and replace parts.

I would like to know where you can get parts. my top dial broke off. beware, this part is chinsy the stem is very skinny. I called them, being out of warranty, I asked if they could charge me for, and send me the replacement part. I already had it apart and in my hand. it took literaly five minutes. the customer service lady told me she had no parts to send me, and that i needed to send it in for repair, which was a $129.00 flat repair fee. that is totally rediculas. I refuse to pay $129 for that little knob. it's the size of a dime and I can do it myself.

Very disapointed with them on this. just bought a(another) new Vexilar.
