From a backroom card game, the fishing world gained a name, a name any of us may never forget. The Lindy Rig. It was part of a simple conversation over an after hours card game between Al and Ron Lindner and a guy who made it happen for all of them. Nick Adams.

Nick found the financial backing that made it all start. The rig with the walking sinker that is now synonymous with most any fisherman as a go to tackle rig! He would take Lindy/Little Joe to great levels, even so much as having to sell as they couldn't keep up with capital to produce orders. Nick was instrumental in creating other great fishing products like the No-Snagg Sinker and more. Nick Adams was inducted into the Fishing Hall of Fame in Minnesota in 2001.

Nick Adams was a fisherman, an innovator, and a legend. And HotSpotOutdoors.com honors Nick Adams

Nick Adams passed away Christmas morning after a battle with Cancer. May he forever rest in peace.
